2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As part of the warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
