Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our fast-paced warehouse operations at Aldi. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive top-quality products. Our ideal candidate will thrive in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, with the ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Contribute to inventory counts and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious, collaborative, and positive work attitudes.
• Ability to efficiently organize tasks and communicate effectively.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical conditions.
