Job Description

Join the warehouse team at Aldi as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member! You will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores for our growing customer base. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week and a starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Assist in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Contribute ideas to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and operational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and comply with safety guidelines.
