2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi family. As part of the warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing shipments, and ensuring warehouse standards are met with precision.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to enhance communication and processes.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse operations.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
