2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi family. As a critical part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in efficiently handling incoming and outgoing stock while maintaining warehouse standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and adhere to safety protocols.
• Independently make decisions within assigned responsibilities.
• Support warehouse management in achieving goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, success orientation, and efficiency.
• Interprets and applies company policies accurately.
• Has excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Works well independently and in a team setting.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
