2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of the warehouse operations, you will play a key role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, as well as maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.
• Adhere to ALDI Acts competencies and job-specific competencies.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Knowledge of company policies, good communication skills, and ability to work in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical conditions.
