2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi family. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a competitive starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and leadership to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members, suppliers, and management.
• Offer input for process improvements and budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
• Perform duties in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
