Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time member, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties to ensure the efficient operation of our storage facilities. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input on process improvements and assist in achieving operational goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality or safety issues.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
