2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

Aldi is looking for a dedicated and hardworking 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines and report quality or safety issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Acts conscientiously, collaborates with the team, demonstrates positive attitude and resilience, drives for success, and organizes with efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, excellent communication, basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds, frequently bending, reaching, and walking.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
