2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI family. As part of our warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in receiving, sorting, and preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse standards, and supporting warehouse management in achieving goals.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality, safety, or sanitation issues.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in various temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
