2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive the highest quality products.

Position Type

• Part-Time, fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage

$25.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
