Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive the best quality products. Our team members work in both ambient and temperature-controlled environments, and we provide thorough training and safety programs to support your success.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Offer insights to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift items up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Work effectively independently and in a team environment.
