Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member. This part-time role offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour. You will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient stock selection, organization, and shipment preparation.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality and safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
