3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring the timely fulfillment of orders and maintaining a well-organized facility.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in adherence to warehouse guidelines.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Offer suggestions for process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality and address safety concerns promptly.
• Operate equipment following safety protocols.
• Perform all tasks accurately and efficiently according to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration with team members.
• Adapt positively to challenges and strive for success.
• Organize work efficiently and adhere to company standards.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
