We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Lead to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and establish daily shipping schedules.
• Supervise product selection, staging, and pallet construction.
• Communicate and fulfill store needs in a timely manner.
• Monitor warehouse performance and implement action plans for improvement.
• Lead inspections of inbound deliveries and order fulfillment.
• Provide administrative support and assist in achieving budget goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
