Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As a Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, manage a team of warehouse personnel, and ensure the efficient storage and distribution of products. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the high standards of our warehouse operations and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and supervise tasks of direct reports, including receiving, selection, and shipping of products.
• Monitor processes for inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure compliance.
• Develop and implement action plans to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership and coaching to warehouse personnel, including training and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage expenses and make necessary adjustments to optimize inventory and efficiency.
• Create a safe and productive work environment by identifying and addressing hazards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle physical requirements of the job, including lifting and standing.
