Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join Aldi, a leading company in the retail industry. As part of our team, you will oversee the daily warehouse operations, manage a team of warehouse associates, and ensure the efficient and safe storage, packaging, and shipping of products.

Responsibilities

• Establish and adjust daily work schedules based on warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and supervise tasks of warehouse associates, ensuring timely completion.
• Oversee the receiving, selection, and shipping of products, maintaining compliance with guidelines.
• Develop and implement action plans to enhance operational efficiency.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Lead and facilitate meetings with warehouse associates.
• Train and develop team members to maximize performance and growth.
• Monitor inventory levels, expenses, and efficiency to optimize operations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
