3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the warehouse, managing a team of associates, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules based on warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and oversee tasks of direct reports, including receiving, selection, and shipping.
• Monitor delivery processes to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Implement action plans to improve operational results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Collaborate with other operational areas and communicate relevant information.
• Lead and facilitate Warehouse Associate meetings.
• Train and develop team members to maximize their potential.
• Address warehouse issues, escalate concerns, and uphold standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines.

Job Qualifications

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to work in varying temperatures, lift and carry objects up to 45 pounds, and stand/walk throughout the warehouse.
