3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi, a leading company in the retail industry. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic and safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and moving products up to 45 pounds.
• Operating powered industrial equipment safely.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments.
