Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control the loading/unloading of freight on assigned shifts.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks to workers according to schedules, monitor performances, and provide necessary training and feedback.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and promote safe handling of hazardous materials.
• Work collaboratively in a team setting to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in service center, transportation, or related field.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of freight handling techniques and regulations.
