Operations Supervisor

General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely, safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper balance for safe operation.
• Assign tasks, coordinate work, provide training, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Promote safe handling and storage of materials.
• Support a team-driven culture focused on excellence and growth.
• Perform other assigned duties and projects.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Service Center or transportation experience preferred, along with supervisory experience.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Other Requirements: Knowledge of freight handling techniques.
