ArcBest II ABF Freight is seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our team. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling resources to ensure the timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight. You will also be in charge of maintaining load plans, assigning tasks, providing training, and fostering a safe working environment. Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for loading/unloading operations.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Provide training, feedback, and disciplinary recommendations.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Support values-driven culture and department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in transportation industry and/or supervisory role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• General knowledge of freight handling techniques.
