ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our team in Denver, CO. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the timely, safe, and efficient loading and unloading of freight, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for freight loading and unloading.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks, coordinate work assignments, and provide training and feedback.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and compliance with hazardous material handling procedures.
• Support a values-driven culture focused on integrity and collaboration.
• Work collaboratively to achieve department goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in transportation or service center operations is a plus.
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of freight handling procedures and regulations.
