General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for timely and safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain proper load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks, monitor performance, and provide training as needed.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment and handle hazardous materials following regulations.
• Work collaboratively in a team setting to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in transportation and supervisory roles is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of freight handling techniques.
