Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is looking for an Access and Reimbursement Manager based in New York City. As part of the team, you will be responsible for executing market access strategies for Epidiolex, focusing on building relationships with providers, educating on reimbursement policies, and ensuring patient access to the medication. This role involves collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives and maintain compliance.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategies to achieve business goals.
• Analyze data and develop action steps.
• Establish strategic relationships with providers and accounts.
• Educate on patient access services and program availability.
• Address patient-specific access issues and provide resolution.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop payer action plans.
• Maintain knowledge of reimbursement and access across patient support programs.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree with at least 5 years of pharma or medical device experience.
• Prior Account Management and Reimbursement experience.
• Ability to thrive independently and in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
