Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Deposito Asociado to join ALDI's warehouse operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving and selecting incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth flow of products within the warehouse. A comprehensive training and safety program will equip you with the necessary skills to excel in this position.

Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
Salary:
Starting from $18.00 - $22.00 USD per hour (based on shift and schedule differential)

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Reposition merchandise throughout the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
- Strategically sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipping and unload incoming truck/transport loads.
- Engage in general cleaning tasks to meet warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts according to guidelines.
- Cooperate and efficiently interact with colleagues, suppliers, and warehouse leaders through continuous communication and information sharing.
- Provide feedback to warehouse management on process improvement opportunities.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed in this role at ALDI.

Specific Job Competencies:

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently lift and place products weighing up to 20 kg at various pallet heights.
- Move warehouse inventory and prepare products for store deliveries.
- Engage in various physical activities such as sitting, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and walking throughout the warehouse.
- Work in varying temperatures, hot and cold, including outdoor temperatures and refrigerator/freezer environments.
- Operate industrial motorized equipment safely and appropriately.
