Job Description
We are hiring an Assistant General Manager to oversee the hotel's operations in support of the General Manager. This key role involves managing and coordinating hotel activities to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction while upholding the hotel's mission. You will work closely with the General Manager on various tasks, including staff management, guest relations, property maintenance, and financial oversight.
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations and staff management.
- Provide training to staff and oversee their performance.
- Act as the hotel's public relations director and promote the property.
- Maintain accurate records and financial documentation.
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance standards.
- Collaborate with departments for effective hotel operation.
- Be available 24/7 to respond to emergencies.
Requirements
- University degree or diploma in hotel management or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- 3-4 years of experience as an Assistant General Manager or Executive Assistant Manager.
- Strong management skills and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and hotel software.
