Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans. Your responsibilities will include communicating job responsibilities, identifying training opportunities, monitoring the competitive environment, maintaining inventory, and supervising team operations.

• Starting Wage: $24.50 per hour

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous retail experience (minimum 3 years)
• Prior management experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
