We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in managing daily store activities, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a team-oriented environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $25.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise products effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Prior management experience preferred.
