Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will assist with overseeing store operations, managing schedules, and developing action plans to enhance performance. You will also be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service, maintaining inventory, and supervising the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
