We are looking for an Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans while identifying training opportunities to develop and grow the team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $25.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Identify training and development opportunities for team members.
• Monitor the competitive environment and maintain the company's competitive position.
• Provide product feedback and make recommendations.

Job Qualifications

• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.
