Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day management of the store, overseeing store activities, ensuring performance targets are met, managing schedules, and fostering team development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store operations
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance
• Monitor competitive environment and provide feedback on product offerings
• Supervise day-to-day store operations and handle customer concerns

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 3 years progressive retail experience
• Prior management experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
