Assistant Retail Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, developing operational plans, and identifying training opportunities to enhance team performance. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring overall store performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and accurate signage.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
