Assistant Retail Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Manager to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will assist with supervising store activities, managing schedules, implementing action plans, and developing the team. You will ensure the store operates efficiently and that employees provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure proper stock levels and merchandise displays.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in retail management preferred.
• Operational and budget management skills.
