As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing store operations, developing team members, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your responsibilities will include implementing action plans, setting job expectations, monitoring inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate and enforce job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and address customer concerns.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
