Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring optimal store performance. Your responsibilities will include developing action plans, training and developing team members, monitoring inventory, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve store performance.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to store staff.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure product quality and freshness.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Prior management experience is preferred.
