Job Description

We are currently looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing store activities, ensuring performance targets are met, creating operational plans, and fostering team development. This full-time position offers an average of 38 hours per week with a starting wage of $24.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve operational results.
• Communicate job expectations to the team and identify training opportunities for enhanced performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise products to drive sales.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience, with management experience preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and lead a team effectively.
• Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
