Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the store, managing schedules, and developing action plans to enhance overall store performance.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $24.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior management experience preferred.
