As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing day-to-day store operations, ensuring team efficiency, and driving overall store performance. Your responsibilities will include developing action plans, training and developing team members, maintaining inventory procedures, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.

• Maintain cleanliness standards, proper signage, and stock levels in the store.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
