Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in managing store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This full-time position offers an average of 38 hours per week with a starting wage of $25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve employee performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, proper stock levels, and product merchandising.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring high customer service standards.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of retail management principles.
• Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
