Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing store activities, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a team of motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and recommend adjustments to stay competitive.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels in the store.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
