Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with store management responsibilities, supervise day-to-day activities, optimize store performance, manage schedules, and identify training opportunities to enhance team development.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Ensure compliance with company strategy and core values.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback on products.
• Supervise store operations and maintain cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Prior retail experience and management skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least 3 years of retail experience.
