We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day store operations, supervising team members, ensuring the store's performance, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training and development opportunities for team members.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Supervise and support the team in meeting customer service goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior management experience preferred.
