Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Late Development Teams in product strategy and execution.
• Develop a global vision and strategy for products, optimizing value for patients.
• Engage with functional teams to identify strategic development opportunities.
• Drive team effectiveness, set clear expectations, and promote team cohesiveness.
• Provide strategic guidance to functional matrix teams and activities.

Requirements

• +15 years of global drug development experience in pharma/biotech industry.
• Proven track record in strategic leadership in late-stage drug development.
• Experience in late phase Solid Tumor Oncology drug development and regulatory submissions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead diverse, global teams effectively.

Education & Licenses

• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) required.
