Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Associate Director, Clinical Data Innovation to join our Global Clinical Development Operations team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. As the Associate Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all personnel, processes, and technologies related to the data and analytics platforms in the department. This role involves leading a team of professionals, developing strategic roadmaps, optimizing the use of clinical data platforms, fostering cross-functional relationships, and contributing to the growth of the group within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of strategic roadmaps for clinical data platform(s).
- Optimize Jazz's use of clinical data platforms through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to the Clinical Data Innovation team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of technology advancements in clinical trials.
- Manage projects, vendor relationships, and testing processes effectively.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of clinical trial study design and data collection.
- Experience in designing visualization tools for clinical trial data.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science or related fields.
- 10 years of experience in a clinical trial role with 3 years of line management.
