Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison (Remote)

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison to join our team. This strategic leadership role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to manage and inspire a team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) in the field of Hematology-Oncology. The position includes providing guidance to MSLs, cultivating thought leaders in the medical field, managing territory engagement plans, and ensuring compliance with corporate and healthcare guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the MSL team to achieve business objectives.
• Lead, coach, and train MSLs to support high performance and strategic alignment.
• Maintain scientific acumen and credibility within the team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance and adherence to corporate guidelines in all activities.

Qualifications

• MD, PharmD, PhD degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience, preferably in Oncology.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Field-based position requiring up to 60% travel.
