Responsibilities

• Maintain the well-being and care of residents in a professional manner.
• Assist with daily activities including medication reminders, grooming, and social support.
• Ensure residents’ needs are met according to schedule.
• Document daily assistance provided and communicate any concerns to the supervisor.
• Promote independence, dignity, and safety of residents.
• Participate in training, meetings, and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

• Willingness to work with the elderly population.
• Clear communication skills with empathy and sensitivity.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• High tolerance for pressure and ability to handle critical situations professionally.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification may be required.
