Cashier/Stocker (Part Time)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Cashier/Stocker to join our team at ALDI in a part-time capacity. As a vital member of our crew, you will engage with customers, operate registers, maintain stocked shelves, and contribute to the overall exceptional shopping experience at our stores.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and provide relevant information to the direct leader.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of documents and data.
• Operate cash registers, clean, and organize merchandise displays (Cashier responsibilities).
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain a safe environment (Stocker responsibilities).
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of retail products and services is a plus.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is beneficial.
• A blend of education and experience is acceptable.
