Job Description
ArcBest II ABF Freight is seeking a diligent and experienced CDL-A Hazmat and Doubles Truck Driver to join our team in Honolulu, HI. As part of our City Drivers team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong customer relationships by ensuring efficient and timely pickup and delivery of cargo to various destinations.
Responsibilities
- Transport cargo to and from destinations, primarily around the consolidation/distribution center area.
- Load and unload trailers using industry-standard techniques and procedures.
- Adapt to terminal-specific duties and schedules.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement is 21 years old.
- Minimum 1 year of tractor/trailer experience preferred; training available for less experienced candidates.
- Must possess a Class A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and HAZMAT endorsements.
- Demonstrated stable work history and strong work ethic.
- Clean driving records (MVR and previous employers) with ability to meet DOT medical requirements.
- Successful completion of DOT pre-employment drug screening.
