We are currently seeking a Certified Fitness Lead (Personal Training Lead) to join our team at VASA Fitness. As a Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for advancing the personal training business, fostering a high-performing team, and ensuring our members achieve their fitness goals.

Compensation

• Base Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
• Total Compensation Range: $50,180 - $68,800 annually
• Monthly Bonus and Milestone Bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients
• Facilitate customized training programs for clients
• Create a welcoming and inclusive training environment
• Support and encourage the personal trainers' growth and development
• Attract and retain new clients through meaningful interactions
• Conduct consultations and recommend suitable training packages
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets
